Mytimingcards

How do Mytimingcards work?

Four children around a tablet with Mytimingcards on the table

“Mytimingcards help you and your child make fun agreements about the maximum amount of screen time per week”

Discuss how many hours of screen time your child gets per day.

Read and sign the contract together.

Agree on when your child receives the cards: every day, or once a week on a fixed day.

When using a screen, your child starts the timer and hands in the right Mytimingcards.

Bonus cards can be given as a reward or as encouragement; parents decide how much time they are worth.

When the timer stops, the screen goes off.

Now it is time to try the play tips!

And… when they are gone, they are gone
